Shipping and Payment

We provide international delivery. We cooperate with Regular Airmail services and Courier Delivery Systems. The first delivery option will bring your parcel within 2-3 weeks. The maximum waiting period is 3 weeks. The tracking is not available. The second option offered by My Canadian Pharmacy is Express service delivering your parcel faster. It takes 5-9 business days to bring your parcel. The maximum delivery time is 14 business days. The tracking is possible.

If you need faster delivery you should contact our customer care department. The operator will explain to you how we can cope with this problem. In the case, your order has come damaged or has not come at all you should address our customer care department as well. In any case, we will decide whether your case is eligible to reship or refund. Reshipment is free of charge.

For your parcel not to come 30 business days should come when you use Regular Airmail and 14 business days if – Express Courier System. Be attentive in specifying the delivery time. We count only business days.

These are the most popular credit cards used in online shopping. We may also offer you ACH. It is a wire transfer from one bank account to another. Payment options are optional.
